Plating competition today

Today at school we had a competition from a local restaurant to come up with better plating designs of 7 of their popular dishes:

1. Crab cake appetizer
2. Open faced crab cake sandwich
3. Thai fried chicken & napa slaw with spicy peanut sauce
4. Shrimp po boy (no pic)
5. Crab-stuffed salmon with green beans
6. Pan seared scallops rockefeller with fried oysters & cream sauce
7. Blue cheese-crusted filet mignon with blue cheese cream, mashed potatoes and green beans
